Partbaked white Baguette
Olive oil
2 branches of parsley
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper

Bake the Parisian for 5 to 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 210230°C. Let cool to room temperature.
Cut the Parisian into slices and toast it.
Mince the parsley and add olive oil.
Rub the slices with garlic and brush them with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper and serve.
